The Client Solutions Program (CSP) is an exciting opportunity for highly talented recent graduates who are interested in sales, client services and data product management. This 18-month program provides rotational assignments in the following functions: new business development, product management, research/data analysis and sales support.
The program helps to prepare participants for careers in Client Services (sales and servicing) and/or Product Leadership (managing Nielsen data products). Participants enjoy a diverse and challenging set of rotational assignments, focused training, mentoring and unparalleled networking opportunities.
Rotation Overview
Rotation assignments provide on-the-job learning and a broad range of knowledge. The program is structured to allow learning and exploration, while providing hands-on practical work experience. Through project assignments, participants gain invaluable practical work experience that can span across different geographical areas. The selection of projects/assignments depends on several variables, including: business needs, participants background, experience, desired career path and project availability. Candidate Criteria
- Graduated within the last two years with a B.S./B.A. degree
- Strong interest in client services (sales and servicing) or product management (managing data products)
- Strong record of academic achievement
- Leadership role in college extra-curricular activities
- Capacity and motivation for hard work
- Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong PC skills
- Strong desire to enter the media/marketing research industry and pursue a career within sales, client services and/or product management
- Enthusiasm and flexibility to pursue a challenging career in various locations
- Open to a multi-year career with Nielsen after completion of the program
- Willingness to relocate upon completion of the program
- Permanent work authorization in the U.S.
